Neese Cemetery is located about one-fourth of a mile off a gravel road near Bells Mill Park in Hamilton County. It's a small hill, just rising above the fields that surround it on all four sides.

In 1911 a cement border was laid around the William Henry and Priscilla Robinson Scott family burial plot. Also buried here is Elijah Scott, William's brother who also fought in the Civil War.
