Milton Cobbs Dies in Minnesota
 Another oldtime resident of Powhatan township, Milton Cobbs, has been called to his last resting place. He had been ailing for some time and died in the hospital near the home of his son, William, Maynard, Minn., at the age of 65 years.
 Funeral services were held in Emmetsburg Monday afternoon and the burial was in the Rolfe cemetery by the side of his wife, who preceded him in death more than 20 years ago.
 His seven children, William of Maynard, Minn.; Mrs. Hazel Ross of Chicago, Roy of Louisville, Neb.; Carmen of Pontiac, Mich.; Loren of Faro, N.D.; Mrs. Hattie Goodmanson and Tyrus of Emmetsburg, were all at his bedside and attended the funeral except Loren, who was unable to come.
 A sister, Mrs. A. W. Hess, lives here and other relatives live in Des Moines. Leo Cobbs of Des Moines also attended the funeral. All the relatives were supper guests in the J. H. Gembler home Tuesday evening. Obituary next week.
