LAURA MAE SCOTT
  Laura Mae Scott, 84, died Sunday afternoon, April 22, 1990, in West Park hospital after a long illness.
 She was born Jan. 25, 1906, in Bancroft, Wis., the daughter of Morgan and Stella Mae Brown Cornwell. She married Ellis E. Scott May 30, 1925, in Gordon, Neb. He preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 1985, in Cody.
 A resident of Cody since 1933, Mrs. Scott and her husband owned and operated the Terrace Motel from 1954 to 1977. She enjoyed crocheting and reading and was actively involved in her church. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
 Mrs. Scott is survived by two sons, Robert of Dillon, Mont., and Lloyd of Cody; a daughter, Mildred Shotts of Cody; a sister, Erma Scott of Garland; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
 Services will be Friday, April 27, at 2 p.m. at Ballard Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Moore officiating and Past Joanne Donnafield assisting. Hymns will include "In the Garden" and "Precious Memories." Pallbearers will be Larry Scott, William Scott, Howard Scott, Shawna Scott, Peggy Wenger and Wanda Branscom.
 Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
