 Tehachapi, Calif. - Dolly Whitlow, 57, a former Muscatine resident, died here Wednesday afternoon.
 Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Tehachapi with burial to follow.
 The daughter of John and Lilly Coulter, she was born Jan. 31, 1925, in Muscatine.
 Her marriage to Peter M. Whitlow took place Nov. 23, 1940, in Muscatine.
 Survivors include her husband; five daughers, Mrs. Keith (Pat) Harrison, Mrs. Junior Ray (Phyllis) Fisher, Mrs. Dan (Sherry) Simmons, Donna and Mona, all of California; one son, Joe of Tehachapi, Calif.; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Mrs. Joe (Grace) Bair of Davenport and Mrs. George (Nettie) Harmon Sr. and Mrs. Henry (Myrtle) VanEst, both of Muscatine; and two brothers, Leonard and Lester Coulter, both of Muscatine.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and three brothers.
