Gordon Cox Dies From Injuries
  Gordon Cox, 40, Muskegon Heights Gas station operator, died Saturday night, after being assualted by a foundry worker. Mr. Cox was born in Grant, August 22, 1907.
 He went to Muskegon 11 years ago. He married Mrs. Thelma Eisenlar, of Muskegon in 1939.
 He was a member of the L.O.O. Moose Lodge, No. 491 of Muskegon and served in World War II.
 He leaves his wife, two step-sons, Douglas H. Eisenlohr of Barberton, Ohio, and Theodore; a step-daughter, Mrs. James DeWitt of Spring Lake, his father, Reverdy Cox of Grant, who is ill at the Hill Convalescent home in Grant; a brother, Woodbridge Cox; and a granddaughter.
 His funeral was held Tuesday at the Lee funeral home in Muskegon. Burial was in Park View cemetery in Grant.
