REVERDY COX PASSES AT GRANT
  Reverdy Cox aged 75, who had lived in Grant since he was a child, died Sunday in the Grant Convalescent Home. He had been in the home for three and a half years.
 Born in Iowa, he came to Grant as a boy and was married in 1900 to Miss Eliah W(hit)ington, who died in 1921. Mr. Cox was the father of Gordon Cox, who was killed in his oil station in Muskegon Heights in a robbery a year ago.
 He leaves one son, Woodbridge, of Brohman, a sister, Mrs. Robert S. Hall of Angola, Ind., and a brother, Joseph Cox, of Newaygo.
 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday in the McKinley Funeral Home at Grant with the Rev. W.M. S(win) in charge. Burial was in Park View cemetery.
