 Levina Davis Griffith, was born on Sunday, 1 December 1901, near Freedom, Owen Co., Indiana. She died on Saturday, 11 January 1997, in the community Multi-care Center, in Fairfield, Butler Co., Ohio. Levina lived for 95 years, 1 month, 10 days. She was buried on Saturday, 18 January 1997, in the Landmark Memorial Gardens, Glendale, Hamilton Co., Ohio. She was the last of fourteen (14) children born by her parents, Albert & Mary Jane (Bowen) Davis, to die. Levina was married to Guy Reed Griffith Sr., on 26 November 1921, in Freedom, Owen Co., Indiana. Together, they had four (4) children, Rugenia; Betty Jane (deceased); Guy Junior; and John Griffith (deceased). Rugenia (Griffith) Weisenfelder resides in Kendallville, Indiana; and Guy Junior Griffith, resides in Corpus Christi, Texas.
