FLOYD E. DINGMAN
Floyd E. Dingman, 57, of Kansas City, Mo., who has family members in Fort Dodge, died April 4 at Kerrville, Texas.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Sterling Acres Baptist Church, Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be in Forest Hill Masoleum, Kansas City, Mo. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Sheil colonial Funeral Home, Kansas City.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; sons, Rev. Robert O., and William A., both of Kansas City, Mo., Lawrence A., Stoughton, Mass., and James C., Blue Springs, Mo.; mother, Bessie M. Dingman, Fort Dodge; sisters, Joanne Waller, and Rox Anne Roseneau, both of Fort Dodge, and Mary Noffke, Webster City; and seven grandchildren.
He was born in Lehigh and had resided in Kansas City since 1965. He was employed as a repairman with General Motors, Fairfax, Kan., for 26 years and retired in 1985. he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Boy Scouts Tribe of Mic-O-Say, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4242, Boy Scouts of America, U.A.W. Local 31, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, all in Kansas City, Mo.
