Frances J. Waller, 71, of Fort Dodge, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2003, after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Bruce's Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mike Crawford of the Faith Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be held in Lehigh at the West Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be left to the descretion of the family.
Frances Joann Waller, the daughter of Varick and Bessie (Richardson) Dingman, was born Oct. 3, 1931, in Lehigh, Iowa. She received her education form the Fort Dodge Public School System. On June 5, 1954, she was united in marriage to Joseph L. Waller in Fort Dodge. Frances ws a very avid homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Kathy and Glen Ford, Webster City, Laura and Warren Simpson, Fort Dodge, and Ricky Joe and Sandy Waller, Pleasantville, Iowa; her mother Bessie Dingman; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters and their husbands, Mary and Dwain Noffke of Webster City, and Roxanne and Chris Rosenau of Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by her father, former husband, Joseph Waller, one brother, Floyd, two infant brothers, Richard and Varick and the one grandson, Ricky Waller Jr.
