NAME: Hunt, Gilbert Raphael (m. Emma Prusha)


 Pocahontas --- Gilbert Hunt, 89, Pocahontas, died Wednesday at Denver, Colo., while visiting a daughter. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church, withburial in Calvary Cemetery. Military rights [rites] will be conducted at the cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Power's Funeral Home. A Legiion of Mary rosary will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, and a parish rosary will be at 8 p.m. Sunday.
 Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. M. F. Kepler, Denver, Colo.; several grandchildren; and a brother, Melvin Hunt, Pocahontas.
 Gilbert Hunt was born at Winthrop and educated there. He served in the U.S. Army in World War I. Mr. Hunt married Emma Prusha at Chelsea in 1915 and the couple made their home in Pocahontas. Mrs. Hunt died in 1974. Mr. Hunt was a barber in Pocahontas until his retirement.
