DEATH TAKES MRS. BIGGS, 75 -- Longtime Resident Of City Succumbs To Illness -- Mrs. Margaret Biggs, 75, of Iowas City, died Thursday night at 9:30 o'clock at a local hospital after a lingering illness of several years.

 Mrs. Biggs was born in Pennsylvania in 1866 and moved to Iowa City while still a child. She has lived here ever since.
 She is survived by three children, Frank and George of Des Moines and Mrs. Ira (Bessie) Hall of Iowa City; three step children, Lovell Biggs of Iowa City, Robert Biggs of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Nellie Wolf of Cedar Rapids; one sister, Mrs. Charles Baker of Long Beach, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
 She was a member of the Mennonoite church of Iowa City.
 The remians will be at the McGovern funeral home until 1:00 o'clock Saturday noon.
 Services will be held at the Mennonite church in Iowa City at 3:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. Norman Hobbs officiating. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
