Mrs. Percy E. Cummings
 Mrs. Hazel Reed Cummings, 70, of 44 Canterbury Road, Bellair, died today in Nags Head, N.C.
 She was born March 3, 1899, in Albermarle County, daughter of the late Joseph Andrew and Effie Luella Reed. Her husband was the late Percy E. Cummings.
 Survivors are a son, Percy E. Cummings Jr. of Charlottesville; two daughters, Mrs. Raymond Sandridge and Mrs. Warren Estes of Charlottesville; two brothers, Claude A. Reed Sr. and Cecil W. Reed of Charlottesville; and three grandchildren.
 The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Hall, Harris Road, with burial in Monticello Memorial Park. Hill and Irving Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
