 Frank G. Scott, 90, of Stratford, died Sunday afternoon at Mary Greeley hospital in Ames where he had been a patient for three days.
 Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. Richard Russell officiating. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery.
 Frank Grover Scott, son of William and Nettie Duckett Scott, was born Sept. 5, 1894 in Hamilton county and was educated in Hamilton county.
 On Nov. 22, 1916 he was united in marriage to Anna Pfleiger, at Webster City and the couple farmed in Hamilton county, retiring in March, 1960, then moving to Stratford.
 He was preceded in death by his wife in March, 1975, and he continued to reside in Stratford. For the past month he had resided at the Stratford Care Center. He is survived by two grandsons, Dennis and Darrell Scott of Stratford; one brother, Harold Scott of Stratford, and three sisters, Ettie Hoffman, Vacaville, Calif., Esther Pullar, Mesa, Ariz., and Mrs. Kenneth (Fern) Davis of Stratford.
 In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by three sons, Merle, Lelburn and Gerald Scott; his parents; one brother and one sister. (Pallbearers were Robert Davis, Raymond Scott, Loren Scott, Warren Scott, Mark Scott, Rick Woodard).
