MRS. CATH. WOLFE DIED MON.
Funeral Services Were Held Wed. Morning at Sts. Peter's and Paul's Church
  Mrs. Catherine A. Wolfe, a resident of Pocahontas county for many years, died Monday morning at her home at the age of 71 years, 6 months and 17 days. Mrs. Wolfe had been in ill health for the past three years.
 Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, April 15th at 9 o'clock at Sts. Peter's and Paul's Church. The Rev. Fr. Wm. P. Hyland officiated. Pallbearers were Chas. Wolf, Wesley Hronek, Frank Nedved, Anton Vodraska, James Shors and Anton Poduska. Interment was made in Calvary cemetery.
 Catherine Vodraska, daughter of James and Mary Vodraska was born September 27, 1869 in Czechoslovakia. When a young girl she came with her parents to America. She was united in marriage to Albert Wolfe at the Lizard Church. To this union nine children were born, three preceding her in death. In 1891 they went to Arkansas where they were engaged in the hardware business and two years later they returned to Pocahontas county and located on a farm in Roosevelt township. They then moved to Pocahontas where she has since resided. Her husband died a number of years ago.
 Those who survive are three sons, Bennie of Pasadena; Albert of Rolfe, James at home and three daughters, Mrs. C. Smith and Mrs. Ray Sinnett of Gilmore City and Mrs. Guy Eccles of Rolfe. One sister, Mrs. Emmanuel Hronek of this place also survives besides 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
